Wild Geranium - Geranium maculatum

Wild Geraium, Geranium maculatum, is a perennial wildflower native to Eastern North America. Wild Geranium typically grows in shaded woods or thickets in moist, humus-rich soils. Plants prefer well-drained but moist soils and part shade. Wild Geranium blooms mid-spring with pale purple flowers, which attract pollinators. Foliage may decline in summer in hot climates.
